THE LEOPARD AND THE LIGHTHOUSE "Sindi lies about five hundred metres from the mainland of Africa. A lot of animals live on the mainland - monkeys, elephants and leopards. One day a leopard swims across the sea to Sindi." One day, a leopard crossed over to the island, called Sindi. He behaved so violently because he was so hungry. People living in the island were angry and they tried to catch the leopard. However, they couldn't catch it easily. Therefore, the mayor came up with an idea that if someone could catch the leopard, the person could get married with the mayor's daughter. This book was so interesting to read. The ending made me feel good because nobody killed the leopard. I want to be kind to animals like people in this book.
